I specialize in a distinctive blending of European style desserts with American inspiration- styling that ranges from simple to elaborate; favors and textures- from delicate to decadent. Each product is freshly made and will bring artistry and elegance to your wedding day and special events. These desserts are made with pure butter & cream, premium nuts, liqueurs & chocolates, Tahitian vanilla and seasonal fruits. It takes quality ingredients to make a quality product. Fruit preserves, citrus curds, custards, mousses, truffle, buttercreams & specialty confections are made to order. These desserts may cost a bit more but the commitment to quality craftsmanship and fresh ingredients is what will ensure you the finest desserts possible. Your cake can range from the unique to the traditional in its' style, flavor and decoration. Cakes starting at $3.25 per serving. About Your Cake~ Many wedding cakes are finished with a silky ivory buttercream. This is the basis for many designs- satin smooth with delicate swags, dotted swiss, pearls & lace, garden rosebud vinery, also embellished designs, such as basket weave or a "painted" floral design. Some cakes lend themselves to special finishes- rolled fondant, marzipan, white chocolate plastique or fondant, dark chocolate plastique or ganache. To accent your design, you can choose fresh, seasonal or edible flowers; hand rolled marzipan or gumpaste flowers; dark or white chocolate curls; fresh berries, to name a few. Some of these designs are included with the cake price while others are priced according to materials, time and skills required.
