Brown's Catering is very privileged to have third-generation chef, Anthony Reeves. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales Culinary Institute. Chef Anthony worked for several years in Paris, France, under the late great Chef Patrick Clark. In France, Chef Anthony perfected his technique in French and American Gourmet cuisines. Since his return to the United States, Chef Anthony has been Brown's Catering Executive Chef, exceeding our clients expectations at every event. Chef Anthony Reeves is currently writing a cookbook, entitled "Gourmet Cooking Made Easy At Home". At Brown's Catering we custom design your event to your individual style. Brown's Catering is able to provide any beverage service you desire. From our award-winning wine list, a formal champagne toast, to a fully stocked bar.
