Jablonsky has owned and operated Pyramid Catering since April 1997. He came to Seattle from Cincinnati in 1991 and has been a professional chef and restaurant consultant for the last fifteen years. Ben is a self taught culinarian who is well versed in many types of cuisine, but specializes in contemporary preparations using fresh Northwest ingredients.
