Whether you’re planning a simple, afternoon wedding buffet for 80 guests or a formal wedding reception for hundreds of guests with tents, full china & glassware, passed hors d’oeuvres and an extensive menu..... you still receive the same beautiful, flavorful food, presented in our unique style by uniformed, professional servers. We have included a number of menu examples that have been successfully used by many brides and grooms in the Tacoma - Seattle area for receptions from 50 to 600 guests. As with all our menus, you are free to make changes and substitutions. Or, working with our experienced wedding planner, you are encouraged to create your own, perfect menu. Menu Prices are given in ranges. The number of guests, the location and length of your reception and seasonal food costs will influence the final price for your wedding catering. Party staff, business operations charge and Washington State sales tax are additional. Staff Costs are in addition to menu prices. In general, staff for a short and simple wedding will cost about 4.00 to 4.50 per person; more elaborate menus and longer events begin at 5.50 per person. When you meet with our wedding coordinator, she will give you an estimate of staff and other costs for your wedding reception. We always pack a beautiful basket of goodies for the Bride and Groom to enjoy on their wedding journey.
