Since 1976 Twelve Baskets Catering has specialized in serving the catering needs of both large and small weddings and receptions, or any special event in the greater Seattle-Tacoma-Everett area. We can provide an elegant rehersal dinner for a small party of 20-30 people, and an affordable hor d'oeuvres buffet wedding reception for 350.

Our pricing is midrange. We take pride in providing the highest quality food and catering services. We offer complete catering service with china, glassware, silverware, linen, etc. We can also deliver, set up and come back the following day to pick up our equipment.

A Few of our Favorite Menu Items:

• Almond Chicken Salad - Chicken breast, toasted almonds, celery and red onions over bead of garden greens.
• Mediterranean Pasta Salad - Bow tie pasta tossed with red onion, fresh basil, Roma tomato, garlic, feta cheese and kalamata olives in a zesty Italian dressing.
• Tiger Prawns - Beautifully displayed on ice with lemons & cocktail sauce.
• Quiche Petit - Choice of broccoli & cheddar, sausage & spinach, cheese & mushroom, ham & diced peppers or Lorraine (bacon, Swiss cheese & onion).
• Mini Baked Focaccia Squares - (baked on site) - Focaccia bread stuffed with pesto, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella.
• Fresh Roasted Turkey Breast - With gravy, wild and brown rice pilaf, mashed potatoes or garlic roasted new potatoes, garden salad, roll and butter.
• Roasted Salmon - With pesto butter, lemon, wine and capers, and baked potato or rice, choice of salad, sourdough bread and butter.
• Sea Scallops & Tiger Prawns - With Siamese noodles in spicy coconut sauce.
• Eggplant Parmesan - Breaded, baked and topped with marinara sauce. (Vegetarian entrees are offered throughout our menu.)
• Garlic Brandy Chicken - Stuffed with Muenster Cheese and Served with a Fine Herb Sauce.
