The Belle Chapel is both a Wedding and Reception site. The chapel was constructed in 1885 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. It is newly restored and accessorized with Victorian furnishings for weddings, receptions, and banquets. The chapel and garden area has a wedding capacity for up to 150 guests. Ample parking is to the rear and adjacent to the chapel.

During your lease of Belle Chapel, you have use of several Victorian-style accessories necessary to host your special event. The sanctuary is a formal setting with wood cathedral ceilings, walnut pews, and a classic grand piano. A sound system is also available for recorded music during your service. The original hand-carved truss work lends a wonderful acoustic quality to this room.

Two formal dressing rooms for the wedding party are located at the rear of the altar. These are decorated with fine mahogany and tapestry furnishings. Our decoration room, also located behind the altar, is stocked with various pew bows, colorful silk flowers and arrangements, vases, candlesticks, pillars, and candelabra. These items are complimentary and are available to assist you in creating a romantic setting for your wedding. A common room to the dressing area provides a signing area for your Certificate of Marriage at a hand-carved mahogany desk

The reception/banquet room is on the garden level. For your reception, we provide tables, both round and rectangular, and white wooden chairs with padded seats. A second sound system professionally designed for the reception room is available for use during your event. A large commercial kitchen is adjacent to the banquet room.

Our vintage cut-glass dishware includes punch cups, dessert plates, punch bowls and cut-glass crystal serving bowls. These items are complimentary with your lease. Two coffee urns are also available for your use.
