Greetings, my name is Shannon Gordon, and I have officiated at many weddings, from formal affairs at the Fairmont Hotel in Seattle, to cozy wedding at the Snohomish Inn, to open-air ceremonies at the beautiful Japanese Gardens. I am very open to working with couples of any faith, I am nonjudgmental, fun, spiritual and flexible, and I love helping couples design beautiful, meaningful and unique ceremonies. In other words, to create the perfect wedding just for them.

I believe that all weddings should be a reflection of the values, dreams, and spiritualities of the couple. Planning a wedding should be fun and joyful - and so should the ceremony! When you engage me to be your officiate at your wedding, I take on the responsibility for the service with a supportive and calm presence, so that you can be fully present in the magic and power of this unique and precious moment in your lives.

Choosing a wedding officiate is one of the most important tasks in assuring a meaningful and memorable ceremony. I offer a no-obligation conversation with you - a chance for you to ask me anything you like, so you can decide if I am a good fit for you. We can chat on the phone, meet for coffee at your favorite place, or in my office at Northlake Church. I can give you the names and numbers of some references, if you’d like to talk to folks whose weddings I have performed.
