Rowing shells rest in bays on the ground floor, awaiting the next dawn's rowing practice. The second floor features comfortable, well-proportioned event spaces with unequaled views of Lake Union, downtown Seattle and majestic Mt. Rainier. Main Room: 90 guests (72 seated)
Conference Room: 60 guests (48 seated)
Board Room: 14 guests, seated

Main and Conference rooms can be combined.

Availability and terms

Reservations for weekends should be made at least 3-6 months in advance. One half the booking fee plus a damage deposit are due at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

Weekday reservations should be made one month in advance.
A $500 deposit reserves the space, with the balance due two weeks before the event.
