One wouldn't expect to find such a charmingly authentic farmhouse only 15 minutes from Seattle, but the Monte Villa Farmhouse is just that. Built in 1927 in Bothell, the white clapboard house is tucked away among gardens and towering pines.

It features a ballroom of hardwood floors, touches of brick and white lattice with accent lighting. Large windows make up most of the back wall, opening the room and adding a lofty ambience.

The living room is the heart of the farmhouse, airy and bright with polished hardwoods, plenty of windows and a set of French doors that open onto a pleasant cafe-like veranda. The farmhouse is perfect for an outdoors summer wedding , or choose a winter ceremony and feel cozy among a warm fire and festive decorations.

The grounds contain lush gardens that are beautiful year round. The white lattice archway is perfect for reciting vows, and just about anywhere makes a prime spot for photos.
