Some FAQ's:

Q: Do you only play disco music?
A: No. Our music library currently consists of over 20,000 tunes, only about 250 of which could be categorized as 'disco'. We can play any style you want us to, from lounge to reggae, country to rock to hip hop. For our purposes, disco is short for discotheque, which literally means record library in latin. So that's exactly what we are: A Record Library To Go. With speakers.

Q: Do you charge by the hour?
A: Yes and no. We generally provide 4-hour blocks of time and go from there. We can provide an option for an extra hour or two if you think your party might go long but aren't sure.

Q:Do you provide MC Service?
A: Yes, as much or as little as you'd like. It's something we excel at.

Q: Can I meet my DJ?
A: Absolutely! Unlike some of our competitors who charge up to $100 for you to meet, or even talk on the phone with your DJ, we provide a complimentary in-person meeting with your prospective DJ, before a contract ever gets drawn up. Our success rate is so high doing it this way-- about 90 percent-- that we see no reason to change.

Q: Do you dress up?
A: In our Sunday best, unless our client says otherwise.

Q: Do you have backup?
A: Yes we have backup, both in personnel and equipment. We haven't missed a gig in 10 years, nor have we had any dead air or downtime to speak of. Only once we had to substitute DJ's, when an abscessed tooth forced us to go to Plan B. Everything, including the tooth, worked out fine. We're proud of our record for reliability and will hold it up against anyone's.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes.

I have provided entertainment for over 350 receptions, parties and private events, each one uniquely off the hook in its own way. It's all about bringing a group of people together who've never been together before and may never be together again. Therein lies the potential for magic.
