Our wedding planning packages are designed and customized to meet your needs and budget. Whether you need help from start to finish, day of your wedding, or anywhere in between…we are here to make your special day flawless and everything you have dreamed it to be!
Customized Wedding Planning and Coordination
Starting at $2,000*
The perfect package to insure all aspects of your special day is covered! An average wedding takes approximately 450 hours to plan. Whether it is that you simply do not have enough time in your busy schedule, or just want to insure your wedding day is flawless with no stress---your coordinator will:
- Meet with you initially to discuss your vision and expectations and as needed along the way to complete the planning process
- Answer any questions and provide advice and/or suggestions during the entire process as needed
- Establish a monthly calendar and timeline for you
- Create and maintain a realistic budget and payment schedule for all vendors
- Provide recommendations and bid estimates from vendors
- Arrange vendor appointments and attend them with you to help ask the right questions during the interview process
- Negotiate contracts
- Assist with invitation ordering
- Arrange out-of-town guest accommodations
- Help with ceremony and reception sites design
- Handle all set up and delivery scheduling
- Develop a timeline and keep all vendors on schedule
- Coordinate rehearsal
- Ensure that ceremony and reception sites are set up and decorated according to your wishes and on-time
- Be the on-site contact for your ceremony and reception - from set-up to clean up
- Provide a bridal "emergency kit" to attend to any unexpected situations that may occur
- Attend to all details and troubleshoot any issues that may arise on your special day so you can relax, be happy, and enjoy your magical day!
Partial Assistance Wedding Package
Starting at $1,500*
As your big day approaches most tend to want to spend more time with your family, friends and especially those coming from out of town! Unfortunately during this crucial time there are still many details to attend to in order for your special day to run smoothly. Your coordinator can assist with these last minute details to take some of the stress off of your shoulders. Items may include:
- Meet with you at least one month before your wedding to go over all details and decisions that still need to be made (up to 7 hours**)
- Pickup and delivery of items
- Coordination calls to all vendors and ensure all details with vendors are set
- Assistance with event day timeline
- Help with seating arrangements
- Tips on etiquette and/or traditions to incorporate your culture
- Help coordinate and attend your wedding ceremony rehearsal (up to 2 hours**)
- Be the onsite contact for your ceremony and reception (10 hours**)
- And the list goes on... whatever you need to help you get ready for your dream wedding!
Day of Coordination
Starting at $1,000*
A wonderful package for couples that have made all of the preparations themselves, but would want the luxury of relaxing and enjoying their wedding day…without stressing over the details. With this package your coordinator will:
- Meet with you at least two weeks before your wedding day to discuss your vision and expectations, the flow of your event, timeline, any special instructions/ concerns, etc. (2 hours of planning**)
- Contact all of your selected vendors prior to your wedding to establish Events Extraordinaire as their point of contact for your wedding day and confirm all arrangements, delivery times, etc.
- Help coordinate and attend your wedding ceremony rehearsal (2 hours**)
- Be on-site during set-up and ensure timeliness and accuracy
- Assist with any decorating and last minute details
- Attend your ceremony and reception from set-up to clean-up (up to 10 hours**)
- Provide a bridal "emergency kit" with special items to help deal with unexpected situations
- Attend to all details and troubleshoot any issues that may arise in order for your special day to run smoothly and flawlessly!
Planning Your Magical Day Class
$70 per class
- Walks you through the process of planning your special day on your own
- Provides you with excellent ideas and tips to make the planning process smoother
Customized Consultation Service
$50 per hour
- Assist you in the planning and coordination of your wedding with ideas and other services requested
Referral Services
$40 per service requested
- Provide names and availability information of preferred, professional wedding vendors who can provide services requested.
